Organic Vanilla Super Seed Chocolate Chip Cookies

It’s that time of year where the cold of winter makes you want to indulge in some warm tasty treats! At Ocean Ranch Organics, we love including our Organic Granola into recipes for that extra crunchy spark! Today we are sharing a favorite: chocolate chip cookies infused with our Vanilla Super Seed Gluten Free Granola!

Ingredients below
1 stick organic butter, softened
1 1/4 cups Ocean Ranch Organic Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon organic vanilla extract
3 tablespoons organic almond milk or milk of your choice
1 organic egg
1 3/4 cups Ocean Ranch Organic All Purpose Columbine Flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

1. In a large bowl add sugar, vanilla, egg, milk of choice, and butter. Mix with beater till creamy.
2. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix with love!
3. Add chocolate chips and our Gluten Free Vanilla Super Seed Granola. Mix together.
4. On a sprayed cookie sheet place desired spoonful of cookie dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
