Trail mix is awesome because you can literally take it anywhere. You can make it yourself or you can buy one of the many pre-made. No Bake Energy Bites
I love love love these! Perfect to make ahead of time when you know you’re having a busy week. All you need is 1 cup organic old fashioned rolled oats, 1 cup peanut or almond butter, ½ cup flaxseed meal, ½ cup honey, and a ½ cup chocolate chips. Mix together and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Roll into balls and store in an airtight container in your fridge. They are the perfect snack to get you to your next mealtime and as a busy mom, I’m so thankful when I have some of these to much on!
